Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implements recruitment policies, practices, and programs
Shadows in the full cycle recruitment process
Sources and screens resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates
Schedules and confirms interviews with candidates
Participates in employer branding initiatives, job fair, and recruitment events
Job Requirements
University juniors/seniors of Business, Social Sciences, or relevant majors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent English language
