the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently recruiting for the role of Officer - Support Service Desk - Corporate Banking Division (Kuwaiti Nationals)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implement day-to-day activities to facilitate corporate lending flows.
Process and prepare finance documentations.
Provide responses to day-to-day sales teams and back office.
Process tasks and resolve operational issues in a timely and accurate manner
Interact with the sales teams, operations areas, finance, and IT on a daily basis.
Ensure daily data entry in the CIB Management Information System.
Assist in the preparation of responses to inquiries.
Communicate with sales teams to address issues and proactively solve problems.
Job Requirements
Kuwaiti Nationals
Advanced computer skills
Fluent in both Arabic & English
Effective reporting and completion of documentation
Accurate prices, quotations and information
Transaction accurately recorded and queries resolved
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in teams or individually
Organizational & Environmental Awareness
