    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Specialists may assist customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other emerging social media platforms.

    • Specialists consistently sell travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products.

    • Specialists must understand and adhere to all Delta and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements.


    Job Requirements

    The minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. The ideal candidate should embrace diverse people, prioritize safety, be at least 18 years old, be authorized to work in the US, and be flexible in working PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off. They should have digital literacy, clear communication, and be reliable and committed.

    Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in sales or customer service, but not required. Spanish language fluency is also a plus. Delta periodically offers bilingual positions with pay increases
