Job Description
The incumbent’s core responsibilities will be to ensure the daily processes are completed successfully within the business day and the on line system is made available to the user on time.
Monitor ATMs, Applications, Batch Jobs, Network, Database performance and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
In addition, the role also specifies deployment of production packs, execute regular backups, file reorganizations, archives, restore and recovery of databases, Regular monitoring of Data Center computer and environmental equipment’s.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
T24 COB process.
T24 packs/Core updates/correction deployments.
T24 Production Parameter Changes.
Temenos T24 environment maintenance.
First level support for T24 COB related issues.
ATM Monitoring and provide first level support.
Monitor Business critical banking applications.
Pack deployment for other banking applications.
Job Requirements
Temenos T24 system technical knowledge.
Knowledge on OS AIX/ Unix/Windows, IBM Websphere, Databases Oracle/SQL.
Knowledge on IT Operation support.
5 years experience in Information Technology fields at banking sector.
Strong in both oral and written : English and Arabic.
