Job Description
The Lounge Hospitality Host at Alaska Airlines is responsible for coordinating the setup of food and beverage stations, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory of airport lounges. The Lounge Hospitality Host follows established procedures, prepares and arrange food, heats food to safe levels, restocks self-service food and supplies, supervises cleanliness, washes service equipment, packages unused food, cleans food service equipment, and supports concierges by cleaning up and serving drinks. This role ensures the lounge meets quality standards and provides an exceptional guest experience..

Job Requirements

This role requires excellent guest service and effective communication skills, adherence to sanitation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and English proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent, and the ideal candidate should be at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the U.S.. 1 year of hospitality or airline industry experience (preferred).
