Job Description
The Customer Service Agent assists guests with travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding. Performs various tasks in ticketing, check-in, and boarding areas, ensuring guest satisfaction. Key duties include answering inquiries, selling tickets, ensuring cabin accommodations, performing computer, iPad, and paperwork tasks, evaluating flights, boarding, gate duties, and processing luggage. The agent may be assigned to perform various capacities to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, Applicants must be at least 18 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of customer service or community service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a tying speed of at least 25 WPM, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be flexible, able to work varied shifts, participate in paid training, and be able to communicate in English. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
