    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Support Agents

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Tracks and follows up on all pending orders and complaints to ensure all promised timelines are met.

    • Communicates relevant updates and escalations to assigned team leader and team members.

    • Provides guidance through appropriate flight procedures.

    • Answer passenger calls and respond to travel-related inquiries.

    • Book airline tickets for passengers.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • 0-1 year experience.

    • English Language: Fluent.

    • Customer and details Oriented.

    • Perfect communication skills.
