Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Tracks and follows up on all pending orders and complaints to ensure all promised timelines are met.
Communicates relevant updates and escalations to assigned team leader and team members.
Provides guidance through appropriate flight procedures.
Answer passenger calls and respond to travel-related inquiries.
Book airline tickets for passengers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
0-1 year experience.
English Language: Fluent.
Customer and details Oriented.
Perfect communication skills.
