Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Support Agent who will be responsible for handling problems regarding flight booking, flight changes, and other inquiries while achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
- Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets·
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Keep records and information.
- Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily·
- Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacck.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Italian speakers are preferred.
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- A commitment to customer service is a necessity for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high level of patience, and a friendly personality.
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
