    Job Description

    ANA is looking for exceptional and highly motivated Customer Service Representatives, Passenger Service, to be responsible for daily passenger service operations, supervising contractors, overseeing departure and arrival handling, performing designated passenger service functions, and performing general administrative duties.

    Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour. Night Shift shall receive an additional $3.00 per hour for all hours worked from 23:00 to 28:30.


    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., prior experience in passenger service is an advantage, possess excellent interpersonal, professional presentation, and customer service skills, and have excellent English communication. Japanese or other language skills are preferred. Must be available to work morning and night shifts, have proficiency in MS Office, understand cultural diversity, have a valid state driver's license, and pass a pre-employment drug test and 10-year employment background check.
