Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:
Managing an active calendar of appointments;
Arranging traveling, accommodation, and all correspondence related to arrangements;
Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings;
Answering email inquiries, directing email requests, and providing basic company information.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English, in written and spoken form.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office.
