Job Description
Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Duty Officer in San Francisco to oversee flight-handling activities, including editing, check-in, transfers, and boarding, to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. The role will be based in San Francisco and will be responsible for maintaining punctuality and safety in all operations.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Key responsibilities include ensuring passenger and aircraft handling practices conform to safety and security standards, managing manpower, ensuring proper allocation of resources, conducting checks, resolving customer complaints, and facilitating ramp handling activities in collaboration with GHA, Caterers, Fueling, Maintenance, Cargo, and Crew
Job Requirements
A successful candidate must have experience in airline or reputable ground handling operations, a strong background in airport operations, a good understanding of ICAO and IATA regulations, airport functions, passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations, and excellent customer focus and service delivery.
