    Job Description

    The job responsibilities involve providing administrative support and coordination services to the training function/training team, primarily in LMS and CBT training programs. This includes managing the LMS process for new joiners and trainees, processing on-line registration, accounts, and usernames allocation, and ensuring timely completion of modules. The individual also designs and develops modules for assigned LMS training and coordinates with administrators in respective departments.

    The main responsibilities include managing the LMS process, organizing training courses, and coordinating with Line Managers and trainees. They also manage the LMS system, create/delete accounts, and manage inventory of training materials, tools, and office stationeries. They coordinate with internal departments on function-related matters, such as Legal, HR, and Finance.

    The individual maintains an accurate log and database of all necessary documents and records encountered with the safety and training process, ensuring compliance with CAA and Air Arabia approved quality assurance standards. They also provide support and arrangements for internal/external audit checks, ensuring the availability, update, and compliance of related documents, reports, attendance sheets, and records with approved standards.

    The individual also manages cabin crew training, maintaining an accurate log of CAA approvals for training facility expiries, and following up on the progress and results of the e-learning process. They also supervise on-line exams and collaborate with scheduling, security, and airport authorities to issue airport passes for cabin crew joiners. They arrange for the initial and renewal of safety practical training and the distribution/retrieval of the cabin safety procedures manual.


    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Secretarial Work, additional training courses, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, Web Search, and Adobe Photoshop. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Experience in training administrative or coordination roles, preferably with airlines, is preferred. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in training administrative or coordination roles, and be able to design training modules using LMS systems and software packages. They should be able to apply knowledge and new techniques within the workplace, produce, interpret, and express ideas clearly.
