Job Description
Kuwait Airways is recruiting for a Customer Service Officer - DXB position. The role involves providing efficient sales/ticketing service for KAC customers, ensuring accuracy of data on ticket coupons and computer terminals. The role also includes discussing fares and routes, assisting with routing, hotel bookings, fares information, seat selection, special meals, and handicapped assistance. The role also involves confirming and canceling flight reservations, inputting required data in computer terminals, answering phone queries, sorting agents' and auditors' coupons, and performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Required: 12 years of secondary education, 2 years of air ticketing experience, 1 year of formal training, good English, computer system and keyboard skills.
