Qatar Airways is recruiting for a Senior Airport Services Agent in Ground Services to support operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide quality service to passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services, adhering to QR's commercial and safety standards. Their responsibilities include constant liaison with check-in, transfer desks, and Airport Services Supervisors, escorting and directing passengers to designated areas, handling company material and records, liaising with the General Aviation Authority (GAA), assisting passengers with entry requirements, visas, and residence permits, and ensuring smooth airport facilities operations.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a trade or vocational qualification, 3 years of job-related experience, and at least 1 year in Airport Operations. They should have excellent communication skills, high energy, and a positive attitude. DCS experience and ticketing knowledge are advantageous. They should manage mishandled baggage services, service recovery situations, and have completed Passenger Handling and Customer Services courses. Computer literacy is essential, and excellent customer focus and service delivery are essential.
