    American Airlines is seeking a Part Time Premium Customer Service Representative at Miami International Airport. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, excellent customer service, extensive ticketing, and problem resolution for valued customers

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Registering and verifying customers' access to club(s) and lounge(s)

    • Greeting customers by completing guest experience items

    • Booking and confirming flight reservations using the semi-automated business review environment (SABRE) and Qantas Intelligent Keypad (QIK)

    • Checking in for flights, monitoring flights, issuing tickets, canceling reservations, placing customers on priority lists, resolving travel issues, contacting the next level of customer service support, documenting customer issues in the passenger name record (PNR), performing club enrollment or sales activities, coordinating services for elite status customers, assisting with baggage, maintaining the appearance of lounges and clubs, communicating with business partners, assisting with technology, reserving conference rooms, addressing escalated customer issues, conducting liquor inventory audits with beverage business partners, monitoring the KeyStar system, reporting to position on time, as scheduled, and at assigned stations or locations, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    • The ideal candidate should be able to adhere to company policies, procedures, performance standards, wear uniforms, and follow government regulations. They should also use multiple internal resources and systems, including during customer interactions.

    Job Requirements

    The job requirements include a high school diploma or GED, fluency in English, bilingual skills, FAA criminal background checks, and securing airport authority and US Customs security badges. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service, work under pressure, and be self-motivated. They should be service-oriented, self-motivated, and have prior customer hospitality experience. They should maintain a well-groomed appearance, have excellent communication skills, and have prior travel industry experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required, and the candidate must work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
