    Job Description

    The role involves representing Emirates and enhancing customer service to both arriving and departing customers. The responsibilities include providing assistance to customers on arrival and departure, ensuring high-quality and professional service, and coordinating airport operations for chauffeur-driven limousines. The responsibilities include monitoring arrival immigration problems, ensuring adherence to travel, immigration, and safety regulations, and coordinating check-in processes.

    The role also involves preparing and completing pre and post-flight documentation and statistical information. Cover is provided during leave, sickness, or training, and handling problems such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage, or denied boarding. Eligible customers are provided with accommodation and transport as per applicable procedures.

    The responsibilities include checking in, boarding at gates, handbag removal, handling late-to-gate customers, flight coupon reconciliation, and head count confirmation. Baggage delivery performance is monitored against agreed standards, and files creation and quality are maintained according to Emirates Standard Operating Procedure.

    The responsibilities also include supporting the Emirates Ticket Desk functions, undertaking ticketing/reservation duties, offering a full range of Emirates products and services, issuing tickets, making and amending reservations, re-issueing and re-calculating fares, conducting credit card verification, and assisting with banking duties. Support duties in the Emirates lounge include liaising with service providers, supervising contracted staff, and overseeing catering, cleaning, and maintenance operations.


    Job Requirements

    The job requires a minimum O Level in Airport Operations, professional training in Customer Services and Ground Operations, and knowledge of basic fares and ticketing. Experience in the airline industry is required, with a minimum of 2 years at outstations. Fluency in English and Arabic is required for customer service delivery. The candidate must be able to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
