    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Promote and sell relevant additional products to enhance the Customer’s journey.

    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all flyadeal products, services and systems, providing accurate information and updates at all times.

    • Answer all calls in a professional manner, following the approved script to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience to flyadeal Customers and to achieve individual revenue and quality targets.

    • Ensure all data entered into flyadeal systems is accurate and within established guidelines.

    • Deal professionally with Customer issues, taking all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of Team Leaders.

    • Participate in all team efforts and projects, communicating feedback to escalating recurring issues identified during day-to-day calls.


    Job Requirements

    • Customer Service.

    • Basic of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use new software applications.

    • Good English.

    • Excellent Command of Arabic.

    • High School and above.

    • Ability to understand and interpret Customer needs.
