    Job Description

    Kuwait Airways is recruiting for the Officer Customer Service Oasis Club position in the Customer Service department. The role involves providing efficient and courteous service to KAC customers, assisting with FFP queries, and rerouting passenger air tickets according to set procedures. The responsibilities include compiling and analyzing product/service data, conducting surveys, and following up on development activities. The role also involves preparing survey questionnaires, analyzing and evaluating data, and maintaining data and reports. Additionally, the role involves conducting economic studies on airline product modifications and monitoring cost/revenue results against development plans/forecast estimates.

    Job Requirements

    2 years' experience in related airline marketing activities.

    Minimum High School degree.
