Job Description
The Lounge Concierge is responsible for checking in guests, resolving inquiries, assisting with travel arrangements, and serving drinks and meals at Alaska Airlines lounges. The Lounge Concierge creates a comfortable environment, prioritizes guest needs, and ensures cleanliness. Key duties include delivering responses to inquiries, assisting with travel arrangements, and serving meals & beverages. The Lounge Concierge also promotes Alaska Airlines products and services, handles unhappy passengers, and processes new member enrolments and renewals.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have one year of experience in guest service or related area, strong social skills, and excellent communication. Should be able to multitask, make quick decisions, stand for extended periods, bend, squat, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and have a tying speed of at least 25 WPM. Must be fluent in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the ideal candidate should be 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
