Job Description
ANA is looking for exceptional and highly motivated Customer Service Representatives, Passenger Service, to be responsible for daily passenger service operations, supervising contractors, overseeing departure and arrival handling, performing designated passenger service functions, and performing general administrative duties.
Pay Rate: $23.54 - $25.54 per hour.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., have a valid US driver's license, prior experience in passenger service (preferred), excellent customer service skills, availability to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, understanding of diverse cultures, and proficiency in English and Japanese.
