Job Description
As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing, cleaning, and personalizing the A380 Shower Spas to ensure a pleasant experience for First Class customers. This includes maintaining lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas to project a positive company image. The role requires travelling, and does not overlap with normal Cabin Crew service duties as the CSA will report to the Purser or Cabin Supervisor. You will also perform inventory control functions to ensure onboard facilities are serviced correctly and replenished in-flight. Before passenger boarding, you will check shower and lavatory cleanliness and place appropriate amenity items. Finally, you will personalise the shower spa for each customer at the designated time using the Shower Spa Reservations System.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, Applicants must have a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain or airline, housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry (preferred), fluency in written and spoken English, and a minimum height of 160 cm and arm reach of 210cm.
