    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Coordinator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Handling daily and monthly permits for employees in coordination with the Security Department.

    • Manage and route phone calls appropriately.

    • Handling Monthly Office Supplies purchase requests, evaluating prices, and placing orders when necessary.

    • Manage and order office supplies

    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

    • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.

    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.

    • Prioritizing workloads

    • Organize company documents into updated filing systems

    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)

    • Preparing and submitting expense sheets and preparing invoices or financial statements.

    • Ensure frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance to maintain the company's image.

    • Responsible for all administrative tasks.

    • Supervise office boys’ attendance, hygiene, and performance.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree.

    • Good command of the English Language

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • 2 to 3 years of experience.
