Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handling daily and monthly permits for employees in coordination with the Security Department.
Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
Handling Monthly Office Supplies purchase requests, evaluating prices, and placing orders when necessary.
Manage and order office supplies
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
Prioritizing workloads
Organize company documents into updated filing systems
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
Preparing and submitting expense sheets and preparing invoices or financial statements.
Ensure frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance to maintain the company's image.
Responsible for all administrative tasks.
Supervise office boys’ attendance, hygiene, and performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good command of the English Language
Excellent communication skills.
2 to 3 years of experience.
