    Location: Cairo Governorate, Egypt

    Job Description

    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Planning Coordinator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Forecast and coordinate a schedule.

    • Overseeing the execution of the plan or schedule.

    • Follow up slots and flights permissions.

    • Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating the schedule.

    • Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.

    • Reporting progress and any issues that emerge.

    • Coordinate documents for charter and ACMI.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • At least 2 years of experience at planning department in Airline Company.

    • Experience in operations and flight tracking is a plus.

    • Ability to use different planning systems.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

    • Fluency in English both written and spoken.

    • Flexible working hours.
