Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Planning Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Forecast and coordinate a schedule.
Overseeing the execution of the plan or schedule.
Follow up slots and flights permissions.
Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating the schedule.
Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
Reporting progress and any issues that emerge.
Coordinate documents for charter and ACMI.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience at planning department in Airline Company.
Experience in operations and flight tracking is a plus.
Ability to use different planning systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Flexible working hours.
