Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Agent, based in Los Angeles - LAX, to provide five-star service at the airport terminal and create an enjoyable environment for passengers. key responsibilities include liaising with check-in, transfer desks, and other areas, directing passengers to areas like hotel desks, visa counters, and premium lounges, handling company materials and records, liaising with Ground Handling agents, ensuring smooth passenger assistance, supervising GHA staff, and organizing check-in counters. The role also involves maintaining service quality standards and ensuring efficient work unit functioning.
Salary Range: 35,700 - 47,600

The ideal candidate for this role should have customer service experience, high energy, positive attitude, computer literacy, excellent customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, ability to work shifts, and legal US work authorization.
