Job Description
As a Meet and Assist Agent, you will greet passengers at designated points within the transportation hub, assist with luggage handling, provide accurate information and directions, coordinate with airport authorities, assist with check-in and boarding, handle special assistance needs, address customer inquiries and concerns, maintain a high level of customer service, stay updated on travel regulations, and maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, incidents, and service requests. You will also work with airport authorities to ensure compliance with security procedures, immigration requirements, and other regulations.
You will also handle special assistance needs, such as identifying passengers with special needs and providing appropriate support throughout their journey. You will also resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintain a friendly demeanor, stay updated on travel regulations, and maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, incidents, and service requests.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a high school diploma, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, physical fitness, knowledge of multiple languages (Preferred), and prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles (Preferred)
