• Tours Officer - Bahrain | Emirates

    Job Description

    As a Tours Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of the Reservations unit, ensuring coordination with internal and external departments to provide accurate and professional services to travel trade and direct customers. You will provide regular updates and reports to HQ, implement action plans for servicing enquiries and bookings, and motivate staff to ensure efficiency and product quality. You will also be responsible for issuance and reporting of documents, regular training on products and systems, and planning staff schedules and leave plans. You will also coordinate the distribution of Emirates Holidays brochures, assist the Sales Manager in setting financial objectives, continuously review internal processes and procedures, and maintain healthy professional relationships with travel trade and direct customers.

    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have a degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration, or three to five years of experience in the travel or leisure industry. Negotiation skills, and have experience selling airline tour packages or hotel products. Fluency in English, and Knowledge of Arabic is an asset, and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required. Eligibility to live and work in Bahrain
