    Job Description

    FlyEgypt is currently currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Specialist

    • Handle all customers complaints.
    • Check the compensation process starting from the time of flight, comparing with the schedule’s first version and last version according to Europe law of compensation.
    • Handle reports of lost and damaged baggage and investigate each case individually.
    • Handle seat allocation requests for the passengers and reserving special services (Luggage, wheelchairs) and track payments accordingly.
    • Follow up on minor incidents of delayed flights or lost baggage.
    • Check emails daily for any delayed flights and complaints.

    Job Requirements

    • Fluent English.
    • Knowledge of Eu261 law is a plus.
    • Bachelor Degree.
    • Cairo Resident.
