Job Description
FlyEgypt is currently currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Specialist
- Handle all customers complaints.
- Check the compensation process starting from the time of flight, comparing with the schedule’s first version and last version according to Europe law of compensation.
- Handle reports of lost and damaged baggage and investigate each case individually.
- Handle seat allocation requests for the passengers and reserving special services (Luggage, wheelchairs) and track payments accordingly.
- Follow up on minor incidents of delayed flights or lost baggage.
- Check emails daily for any delayed flights and complaints.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of Eu261 law is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Cairo Resident.
