Job Description
Qatar Airways is recruiting for a Senior Airport Services Agent in Ground Services to support operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide quality service to passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services, adhering to QR's commercial and safety standards. Their responsibilities include constant liaison with check-in, transfer desks, and Airport Services Supervisors, escorting and directing passengers to designated areas, handling company material and records, liaising with the General Aviation Authority (GAA), assisting passengers with entry requirements, visas, and residence permits, and ensuring smooth airport facilities operations.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience in Airport Operations, fluency in English, high energy, positive attitude, experience in passenger acceptance systems, ability to manage mishandled baggage services, and high computer literacy. Additional languages are preferred.
