    Job Description

    Dnata is recruiting for the role of Cargo Customer Service Agent to be responsible for providing quality service to customers, promoting and selling products and services, and offering comprehensive sales and system support. The Cargo Customer Service Agent will implement day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with established standards, and address customer queries on export or import of freight, follow up on customer complaints, initiating action on functional and operational issues. They will support the Cargo Customer Service Supervisor in compiling statistics to generate daily reports on sales and revenue, ensuring correct rates are applied and payments are claimed, maintain the Cargo Contact Centre database, updating information on embargoes, restrictions, and agent/airline contact details in the Call Centre Rate System.

    Job Requirements

    To be successful in this role, applicants must have a high school certificate, 2-4 years of experience in customer service, a proficient understanding of airline customer service products, and Level 5 English language skills..
