    Emirates Holidays is seeking experienced individuals with enthusiasm and drive to deliver exceptional sales and service. The role involves working in the Global Sales & Service team, handling various queries from new inquiries to existing bookings. The focus is on understanding customers' needs and providing the best service, transparent information, and care. Key responsibilities include providing award-winning service over the phone, Live Chat, email, and sometimes face-to-face.

    The role involves listening to customers, understanding their needs, and creating exciting holiday experiences using your experience of destinations. Handling all forms of contact quickly and with a friendly 'can do' attitude, while achieving sales and service performance targets. Challenge the status quo by working collaboratively with all departments to continually improve customer experience.

    Innovation and staying updated with product changes and personal development are essential for staying ahead in the industry.


    Job Requirements

    To be successful in this role, applicants must have 1+ year of experience in commercial/sales, reservations/ticketing, 12 years of schooling or equivalent, and expertise in travel and tourism/customer service. The candidate should be a confident communicator with proven persuasive skills, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a busy service environment. Candidates hould have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for their own learning. Should be able to listen to customers, anticipate their needs, and be IT literate. Should also be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
