FlyEgypt is currently currently recruiting for the role of IT Help Desk
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Train computer users.
- Install, modify, and repair (Computer & printers) hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Provide accurate information on IT Inventory (products or services).
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft office 365.
- Handle all paperwork related to the IT Department.
- Assist in Purchase of needed IT devices, equipment, accessories as approved by the head of IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.
- Fluent in English.
