    FlyEgypt is currently currently recruiting for the role of IT Help Desk

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Train computer users.
    • Install, modify, and repair (Computer & printers) hardware and software.
    • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
    • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
    • Install computer peripherals for users.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
    • Provide accurate information on IT Inventory (products or services).
    • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
    • Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft office 365.
    • Handle all paperwork related to the IT Department.
    • Assist in Purchase of needed IT devices, equipment, accessories as approved by the head of IT.


    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
    • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar field.
    • Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.
    • Fluent in English.
