Job Description
As an Officer Ticketing, Sales, you'll provide efficient and courteous customer service for KAC customers, ensuring accurate data entry into ticket coupons and computer terminals. You'll assist passengers with trip planning, including routings, hotel reservations, fare calculations, seat selection, special meals, and handling for passengers with disabilities. This includes discussing fares and routes, calculating costs accurately, booking flights, and filling out necessary paperwork. Additionally, you'll confirm or cancel flight reservations as requested, inputting all required information into the assigned computer system.
Job Requirements
To be eligible for the Officer Ticketing, Sales role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent credential and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar field.
