Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Handling who will be responsible for Managing overall activities within social platforms.
Key Duties
- Moderating communities on social networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Adapting methodology where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent.
- Reply to all inquiries on social media channels.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.
- Respond to all given social media accounts professionally and on time while making sure to adhere to brand and audience strategies.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms
- Support all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database, email, and social media.
- Support the Marketing team in various tasks and projects as needed·
- Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
- Experience in Airlines or Travel Agencies is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with social, and digital campaigns and applications as well.
- Ability to analyze content quickly and make informed decisions.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Good written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent computer skills.
