    Job Description

    The British Council is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to work closely with Teaching Center Egypt management to deliver quality recruitment services in line with corporate and regional Recruitment and Selection standards. To support the British Council’s MENA strategy by the effective support of the management of recruitment. Build close relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and valued expert.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensuring a continuous supply of high quality candidates through effective and timely recruitment

    • Heavily contributing to meeting Egypt’s Teaching Center recruitment needs and expectations

    • Providing courteous and effective responses to internal as well as external customers

    • Adhering to corporate policy for recruitment and selection

    • Integrating diversity strategy, policies and principles into all recruitment activities

    Job Requirements

    • Post holder must be eligible to work in Egypt

    • Bachelor’s degree from a well recognized University

    • 3 years extensive recruitment experience

    • Fluency in English

    • Excellent time management and ability to plan ahead, taking account of priorities and the impact on other people

    • Experience in using recruitment process/systems

    • Client/ stakeholder management skills
