Job Description
British Council Egypt is currently recruiting a Projects Coordinator to effectively deliver products and services and build networks to enable Kuwait to achieve defined regional and local projects outcomes and ensures the quality of customer experience. Post holder will work as part of the Kuwait Projects Team, reporting to local Project Manager and working closely with the regional managers and teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Perform all financial processes related to the role accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain stock and ensure proper handling and expenditure of stationery, refreshment items, books, collaterals.
Processing of purchase orders and travel claims in SAP in a timely manner
To provide support for the effective and efficient delivery and evaluation of regional & local products and services to the satisfaction of Projects Manager and AD, projects.
To assist in monitoring, evaluating the quality of programmes and their outcomes; and disseminating lessons learned to enable teams to repeat successes, act on lessons learnt and improved the quality of events and their outcomes.
Provide support on evaluation carried out to agreed standards and methodology as required by Projects Manager(s).
Reports prepared according to agreed template and timescale and shared with team members/stakeholders as agreed
To provide updates/information for Communication Team to secure appropriate media coverage, in line with British Council scorecard and marketing and communications policies.
To maintaining a local network of relationships .
Activities are delivered to the complete satisfaction of all clients, partners and stakeholders, within budget, and relevant scorecard statistics obtained.
To support Events Manager(s) to develop and maintain active relationships and networks successfully
to the satisfaction of network (s) members and stakeholders.
To provide administrative support to Events Manager(s) to deliver learning and development programmes for project staff and effective use of communication tools to develop regional & local working and knowledge sharing
Full and timely communication with project team colleagues to satisfaction of Events Manager(s)
Administrative support to maintain up-to-date the country project documents as required by Events Manager(s)
Administrative support to maintain up-to-date the collaboration spaces and other knowledge sharing tools as required by Events Manager(s).
Administrative support to Events Manager(s) to manage project risks and finances
Fully engaged in Performance Management & Performance Development (PMPD) to corporate standards
Effective use of our finance system (SAP) to satisfaction of Events Manager(s)

Job Requirements
