Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Agent in Cairo, Egypt to provide five-star service at the airport terminal and create an enjoyable environment for passengers. The role involves liaising with check-in, transfer desks, escorting and directing passengers, handling company materials, liaising with Ground Handling agents, ensuring smooth passenger assistance, supervising GHA staff, organizing check-in counters, and coordinating documentation issues. The position is expected to maintain high service quality standards and ensure efficient work unit functioning.
Job Requirements
High school diploma required, 2 years of experience in airline/travel industry/hospitality institute, excellent communication skills, high energy, positive attitude, computer literacy, excellent customer focus, service delivery, good interpersonal skills, strong team orientation.
