    As an Administrative Tamheer Trainee, you will be an integral part of our organization's administrative team, gaining hands-on experience in various office functions. This training role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of administrative operations, office procedures, and teamwork dynamics. Throughout the training period, you will work closely with experienced professionals, develop essential administrative skills, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Professional Development: Take the initiative to enhance your administrative skills, learn from experienced team members, and actively seek feedback to improve your performance.

    • Assistance to Administrative Tasks: Provide support to the administrative team by assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence handling.

    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

    • Office Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations, including maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings, and managing schedules.

    • Project Support: Support ongoing projects by contributing administrative assistance, including research, data collection, and reporting.

    • Compiling reports and making presentations and supports other staff members.

    • Learn Administrative Systems: Familiarize yourself with company-specific software, tools, and processes related to administrative tasks.

    • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Document Management: Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

    • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records, databases, and files, ensuring easy retrieval and data integrity.


    Job Requirements

    • Applicants must be eligible for Tamheer program provided by TAQAT.

    • Not registered in GOSI in the last 6 months.
