    Link Aero is currently currently recruiting for the role of Admin Assistant

    Location: Zamalek

    Full time 9 Am: 5 Pm (2 days Off / Friday and Saturday)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

    • Enter data into relevant systems with a high level of accuracy.

    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Provide general administrative support to various departments.

    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

    • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address them.

    • Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure cohesive operations.

    • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.


    Job Requirements

    • GenderFemale.

    • Bachelor's Degree from a relevant University.

    • Microsoft Office proficient

    • Experience 0:3 years

    • Good at Excel and Word

    • Good communication skills

    • Fluent English is a must

    • Flexibility

    • Multitasker

    • Good negotiation skills
