Link Aero is currently currently recruiting for the role of Admin Assistant
Location: Zamalek
Full time 9 Am: 5 Pm (2 days Off / Friday and Saturday)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
Enter data into relevant systems with a high level of accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address them.
Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure cohesive operations.
Collaborate with different departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.
Job Requirements
GenderFemale.
Bachelor's Degree from a relevant University.
Microsoft Office proficient
Experience 0:3 years
Good at Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Fluent English is a must
Flexibility
Multitasker
Good negotiation skills
