    The Office Assistant - Facilities Mailing will provide basic administrative or general office support, focusing on completing standardised tasks and work routines.

    As an Office Assistant- Facilities Mailing, you will be responsible for organizing, sorting, and distributing documents and mail items in a timely manner, adhering to established guidelines and procedures. You will also prepare standard documents for distribution to internal and external departments, including photocopying, collating, scanning, faxing, laminating, and binding. You will maintain logs and reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. You will maintain files according to department requirements, ensuring proper organization and disposal of outdated documents. You will also maintain hardware assets, order and maintain office supplies, and provide routine services such as typing, tracking appointments, and contacting clients. Additionally, you will update staff members on various issues, such as meetings and interviews.


    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have 10 years of schooling or equivalent, 1+ years in Administration or General Administration, experience in an administrative or office environment, and be computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
