Description
As an Agent - Business Team, your role is to provide VIP treatment to business-class passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will anticipate their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from arrival to departure. Your goal is to meet and assist passengers at all touch points, enhancing their overall travel experience.
Key duties include welcoming business-class passengers at the airport, providing personalized services through security checkpoints, immigration, and lounges, offering assistance and support throughout their journey, meeting and assisting passengers at all touch points, promptly addressing and escalating passenger concerns, liaising with airport staff and stakeholders to coordinate services, adhering to safety and security protocols, maintaining accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback, and incidents, and supporting in fulfilling assigned tasks or responsibilities. Your role ensures a smooth transition for business-class passengers and ensures their well-being and security.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry and fluency in English.
