Benefits
Flydubai offers a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance of USD 2,041, with variable flying pay of USD 1,034 monthly, a training bond of USD 2,650 for the first year, medical insurance, end of service benefit, 30 days paid leave, and annual leave ticket.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a min height of 158 cm, be physically fit, educated to high school level, fluent in English; fluency in Arabic or any additional languages would be advantageous, and be able to handle passengers professionally. A valid passport is required. The ideal candidate should be an excellent team player, able to communicate with different nationalities, proud to wear the uniform, and confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid or life jacket. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of customer service or sales experience and be motivated, reliable, passionate, and friendly.
