Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Specialist
Purpose: Developing and executing social media strategies
Key Duties
- Assisting in creating and scheduling social media content across different platforms.
- Supporting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Assisting the marketing team in various tasks and projects as needed.
- Planning and monitoring the company’s ongoing presence on social media.
- Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website.
- Remaining updated on online marketing trends and keeping strategies updated.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing a website traffic plan and creating goals and benchmarks.
- Measuring and reporting monthly performance of all digital activities (against agreed KPIs).
- Evaluating customer segments and creating customer segmentation groups for focused target marketing based on customer profiles.
- Continuously evaluating the overall customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints - tracking and analyzing competitor platforms and marketing activities weekly.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and Google Tag Management (GTM) to collect accurate data.
- Assisting with search engine optimization and content marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
