Description
ASE Group is looking for a dedicated Airline Senior Agent who will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing check-in, operations control, boarding gates and lost & found areas. As specified in ASE -GOM - chapters 01, 02 & 03 and in accordance with ASE customer airlines standard regulations.
- Performing ramp supervision in accordance with published instructions specified in ASE -GOM – chapter 05 and in accordance with ASE customer airlines standard regulations.
- Performing security services in accordance with published instructions specified in ASE -GOM – chapter 04 and in accordance with Egyptian civil aviation regulations and ASE customer airlines requirements.
- Accepting passenger baggage according to ASE customer airlines & ASE’s excess baggage procedures.
- Participating in Service Delivery Unit internal groups. As specified in the service delivery unit published organizational structure.
- Fulfilling & accomplishing ASE internal and external requirements.
- Ability to take over additional delegation tasks from the lead agent.
Requirements
- English Fluency (Spoken and Written)
- Ability to work on a shift basis
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in working in an Airport ( Minimum 2 Years of experience in an airport )
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to apply aviation guidelines on daily operations at all airport areas
- Ability to work on a shift basis (weekends/holidays and day/night according to work needs).
