Vacancy IT Technical Support
Salary 3,000 to 5,000 EGP per month
Location Dokki, Giza
Requirements
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSA Certifications are Preferred
• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems, utilities and scripting
• Knowledge of VOIP Technology Elastix ( asterisk ) VOIP system is Preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
