EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Prime Assistant Relationship Manager
The Prime Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting the Prime Senior Relationship Managers and the Prime Relationship Managers in providing financial services solutions to the affluent client base, establishing sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships, and providing clients with comprehensive advisory services, while maintain a high quality of service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepares investment proposals for clients and provides accurate customer information
Develops comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles
Assists in identifying new clients and business opportunities, and in the analysis of existing clients
Researches competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas, in agreement with the Senior Relationship managers and Prime Relationship Managers
Deals with customer queries and requests as well as transaction processing to include check documentation and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Escalates customer suggestions and concerns to the Prime Senior Relationship managers and Prime Relationship Managers
