Internship Description
An exciting role has risen in the Learning and Development Department of Jumeirah Restaurant Group for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The main purpose of this position is to provide highly effective support and assistance to the team in the daily operation of the department and achieve exceptional levels of service and assistance towards colleagues in the business. Preference is given to applicant who have F & B background.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage and Deliver the JRG Dubai Welcome Program for new colleagues.
To be fully aware of the work schedule and ensure adequate notice is given.
To participate in the building of an efficient team by taking an active interest in the day to day operation.
To be familiar with and adhere to all objectives, standards, policies and procedures outlined by the Department Head.
Maintain good working relationships with the colleagues and all other departments
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

Internship Requirements
In order to be considered for this role you should be undergoing graduate degree or completed High School.
You must be able to interact with all level of colleagues, entry level to senior management, leads by example with strong influencing skills.
It is also essential that you have excellent technical and financial skills as well as a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
You will also have an experience of working in a multicultural environment as well as being IT literate.
