Etisalat is currently seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist who will be responsible for the following task
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
On time monthly feedback Mystery visits to shops to ensure quality is followed to ensure Etisalat policy are followed starting from sign boards till documentation in each branch “Inside & outside Cairo”
Performing the required telesales audit tasks
On time reports for each visit
Handle all escalation to deal with and meet with concerned party to discuss and review the case
New control point
Idea or solution for existing gap
Responsible on initiating new recommendations to enhance operation to close fraud gap, minimize time, all in order to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in Etisalat Shops
Very good computer skills & Familiarity with IT systems and sales related applications
Good knowledge of retail systems workflows & Retail exposure
Communication Skills
Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Advanced MS Excel
Advanced MS PowerPoint
Maximum age is 28
