Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Work independently on long-range goals, with consultative directions only.
Ensure teams are in compliance with all internal guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as all reporting requirements to partners and regulators.
Create learning plans, recommend training and development solutions and provide mentoring and coaching guidance as appropriate.
Participate in process improvement and support the internally set educational initiative by establishing and meeting future development needs of the team.
Oversee or manage communication with partner companies, collaborative sponsors and respective Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO) regarding the evaluation and processing of case reports.
Take the lead on particular projects as well as full responsibility and accountability regarding any activities related to them.
Liaise with various internal and external groups to maintain a high level of quality and consistency across functional teams on best practices and industry standards.
Contribute to the development of standardized practices, procedures & metrics and measure productivity and performance within planned value (PV) operations.
Maintain currency with evolving international guidance and regulations for safety surveillance and risk management.
May participate in assigned projects such as inspection readiness activities or inspection interviews and/or provide input with forecasting or budgeting for planned value (PV) operations team.
Provide support and back-up for the Associate Director or Group Head
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics – Post Graduate /Master’s Degree from a reputed university
A minimum of 10+ years of system analyst experience in the Financial/Banking Industry.
Previous credit underwriting or credit assessment skills, safety database and data entry as well as credit risk review and regulatory compliance experience are required.
Strong financial analysis and loan underwriting skills, as well as sound knowledge of lending compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong computing skills especially utilizing Microsoft environment (Microsoft Excel, Power point, Viso and Word).
Ability to assess data, understand the financial/banking and follow guidelines and procedural documents.
Ability to demonstrated success working both independently and in collaboration with others as well as taking initiative, accountability and being a solid team player.
Ability to manage own workload, prioritize, plan and organize assignments and work under strict timelines is required.
A quality driven individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy, solid organizational skill set and easily adapts to change
