Today, the Siemens Healthcare Customer Service Team invites qualified, hardworking and highly customer oriented candidates to join us in the role of Customer Service Engineer (CSE) based in Dubai.
The position holder will be responsible to analyze and troubleshoot Business Partner calls related to equipment, and solve the reported issues remotely/ by visit to the customer site with the Business Partner where applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
As Customer Service Engineer you will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, installations and startups.
You will be looking after our local customers with some short trips within GCC and East Africa.
You will use your analytical skills to resolve technical problems effectively.
Paying special attention on competence and professional development of our team members.
Your readiness to give priority for the company goals and customers' needs will be highly welcomed.
Job Requirements
Engineering/Biomedical Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university or college
You are considered as an experienced specialist in the field of servicing our equipment
Proven track record in similar CS function from international Healthcare Business
Previous work experience at regional level is highly appreciated
You have an advanced analytical skills and problem solving ability
Solid work experience within a multicultural environment.
Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English
High IT affinity
Flexibility to travel within GCC and Eastern Africa
