We from Control Products and Systems (CPS) are the product business arm of the Building Technologies division operating through channel partners. Our HVAC-controls, fire safety products and systems are keeping buildings comfortable and safe and #creating perfect places.
We are seeking for an motivated and competent technical support engineer for our business with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). His role is to support our OEM-customers in the Middle East in product selection and application development + provide technical support at site or in the factory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide technical support to OEMs for controllers, damper actuators (VAV/F&S) and instrumentation
Design solutions, develop applications software & test and debug the same at OEM-site
Support OEMs in selection, testing, commissioning and installation of our products and solutions
Assist in conducting training and presentations to OEM technical teams for new products and solutions + educate local market for new technology trends
Handle warranty cases and coordinate quality-topics with responsible PM’s in HQ
Job Requirements
University Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
Knowledge in HVAC-equipment and controls (programming/software development) is a must
4-5 years of experience as technical support engineer preferably with an OEM
Willingness and ability to travel in Middle East Region to visit OEMs
University Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
Good spoken and written Arabic language is an advantage
Command on spoken and written English language is required.
Good spoken and written Arabic language is preferred.
