Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Conduct strategic and market research
Produce draft reports and presentations with study results for the review of supervisors
Run internal improvement projects and assignments
Planning and control of internal and external meetings and follow-up actions of the management.
Organize and manage relevant data repositories and content for websites, blogs, .
Work with various tools and do updates
Promotion and internal communication, including monthly newsletter collection and translation, customers’ promotion activates supporting, department events supporting
Support other activities
Job Requirements
Post Graduate education such as Masters or equivalent from a well reputed top tier institute
Strong verbal and written communications in English; German a plus
Go-getter and ability to work with little supervision
Proven talent for organization, follow-up & controlling of tasks
Well versed with Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Flow, Teams)
Hands-on mentality, communicative person
Excellent time & task management skills
Process driven
Passion for technology and airports
